HJF is seeking a Senior Procedural Skill Education Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the procedural skills courses associated with the Department of Surgery and clinical readiness program at the Uniformed Services University (USU) in Bethesda, Maryland. These include about multiple courses per year located at USU main campus in Bethesda and an equal number of courses at other domestic/ International facilities. Responsibilities also include the preparation, maintenance, inventory and operation of course related equipment/supplies; the functional operation of course related assessments; and the collaboration with other team members to facilitate and implement course activities. For each course, the incumbent ensures adherence to program, site, and certification policies, course objectives, safety guidelines, reporting requirements, and established best practices for training and assessment.
