Job Title: Test Data Management

Location(s): San Francisco, CA

• Lead and manage large-scale, complex technical programs across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Drive program execution from planning through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams to define scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in program management, including Agile and SAFe methodologies.

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or related roles.
• Strong background in software development, cloud technologies, or enterprise IT systems.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex project portfolios.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
