About the Position & Team:

The Field Readiness Global Delivery team is a high-performing group dedicated to driving the business forward. We own enablement programs end-to-end, ensuring they are delivered successfully and adopted by the business. We tackle the most pressing issues and play a hands-on role in the success of our fast-paced business unit.

Our Global Delivery teams create and deliver world-class live and virtual training experiences for every role in our Distribution organization worldwide. We focus on onboarding, skills development, and ongoing job training.

As a Program Success Manager, you are accountable for the ongoing success of numerous training programs delivered to the field. Leveraging your partnerships and collaboration with business stakeholders, you will ensure these programs are continuously updated to meet the evolving needs of the business. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, including managing within a matrixed organization, strategic thinking, and deep expertise in both enablement and program management. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to align cross-functionally and globally through collaboration, partnership, and influence over authority are essential.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drive the end-to-end success of each program from inception to retirement, ensuring adoption, continuous improvement and scalability.
  • Lead cross-functional workstreams to align and execute program plans

  • Manage the governance and scalability of training programs, including scope, executive sponsor alignment, deliverables, and success metrics.

  • Create and Maintain the Program playbook(s), Overview Deck(s), Catalog listings and supporting documentation and communications to promote and share program details and best practices.

  • Partner with stakeholders and trainers to ensure ongoing success and delivery excellence for each class, driving best practices and evolving courses as needed.

  • Measure everything, collecting qualitative and quantitative feedback to share through regular scorecard processes.

  • Monitor, support, and communicate program progress through monthly/quarterly reports on consumption and impact.

  • Be an expert in the training catalog to understand offerings, course/skill mapping, and identify gaps or areas for course recommendations or consolidation.

  • Ensure cross-team partnership through long-range program planning with business stakeholders, trainers, and Global Learning Solutions teams.

  • Develop operational plans to establish a training calendar and mitigate risks/issues, including communications and change management strategies.

Target Skills/Experience
  • 5+ years experience in Enablement with knowledge of field roles across distribution
  • 3+ Experience in Program / Project Management experience

  • Change Management Leader with a proven track record of managing organizational change

  • Strategic stakeholder management critical to role

  • Strong Communications & Slide deck creation experience

  • Strong executive presence and experience in dealing with Senior Leadership is a must

  • Self-motivated, accountable, detail-oriented, and resourceful

  • Comfortable working in and leading through ambiguity and influencing without authority

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment

  • Experience in Sales Leadership and/or Sales Leadership Enablement is a strong advantage

For Colorado-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $115,600 to $159,000.
