Genesis10 is currently seeking an IT Business Analyst with our client in the financial industry located in Chandler, AZ and Charlotte, NC. This is a 12+ month contract position. Responsibilities: Provide technical and business systems and software support for modification, implementation, or conversion of business systems Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure all systems support and conform to business needs and specifications Act as liaison between business units and software/hardware developers and vendors Aware of business or function for which application or system is designed Constantly look for ways to improve interaction with the business and the quality and speed of the requirements gathering and requirements build Confidence to operate with an entrepreneurial mindset and communication style Understand how to build networks quickly Requirements: 5+ years of relative experience in Product/Service Management Ability to manage a product/service with an owner mentality Experience with IT Product Management, and ITIL v3 certification Cloud Providers: AWS, Azure, Google Containers: Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift Domain knowledge, as applicable or brings other domain knowledge that improves the overall function of the business to team interface Desired skills: Experience in agile development and tooling Excellent communication, organizational leadership, coaching, and troubleshooting skills Strong executive presence and the ability to communicate complex technology solutions to senior stakeholders Critical thinking Self-management Pay range: $43.56 - $51.56 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
