Key Responsibilities:

Client Satisfaction and Relationship Management

  • Be primary contact for all project management activities and ensure that the relationship grows through thoughtful engagement with client and Broker stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional project management support across the client's portfolio
  • Establish vision and strategy for the account plan, aligning with client objectives with capabilities
  • Drive account plan delivery, exceeding client expectations and key performance indicators
  • Proactively solicit and thoughtfully respond to client feedback
  • Collaborate with IPS National Platform Team

Portfolio Management Execution

  • Serve as single point of contact for project management needs across client's portfolio
  • Support site selection and lease negotiations with transaction management team
  • Develop initial scope, schedule, and budget for projects
  • Oversee local delivery team's management of design, construction, and vendor coordination

Team Leadership and Development

  • Be the subject matter expert in Integrated Portfolio Solutions
  • Build and manage high-performing project delivery teams
  • Attract, develop, and retain geographically dispersed PM professionals
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth
  • Advance the firm's diversity and inclusion priorities

Financial Management

  • Manage account financials to meet or exceed growth and profitability targets
  • Craft, manage, and deliver against account's P&L statement
  • Ensure A/R is maintained below 60 days payable

Business Growth and Innovation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and account growth
  • Partner with IPS Market's Director to ensure consistency benefiting the Firm and Clients
  • Implement firm best practices and drive continuous improvement

Strategic Planning and Reporting

  • Produce and present annual Account Plan and related client business plan
  • Participate in regular business reviews, measuring performance against required metrics
  • Ability to identify opportunities and develop flexible solutions to solve client needs

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or similar post-graduate studies highly desired
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in project management within commercial real estate
  • Professional certifications preferred (e.g., LEED, AIA, PE, PMP)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Proven track record in financial management and business growth
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to manage local and remote project delivery teams

Physical Requirements and Work Conditions:

  • Position may work at JLL office, from home, at client site, or project location depending on portfolio requirements, client preferences and leadership requirements
  • High daily client, project management team and contractor interaction, both face-to-face and remote
  • Travel requirements vary based on client needs, ranging from 0-40% of time

This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow key client relationships while delivering exceptional project management services across diverse portfolios.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

170,000.00 - 190,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
