Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that push boundaries and drive measurable results.
- Continuously test, optimize, and scale campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate closely with our creative and analytics teams to ensure strategies are aligned with business goals.
- Lead the integration of new marketing technologies, tools, and trends into our campaigns
- Stay ahead of industry shifts and innovate before the competition does.
- Own performance metrics, reporting, and optimization to consistently improve ROI and outcomes.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience with a proven track record of successfully executing high-impact marketing campaigns that deliver exceptional results.
- Expert-level experience in media buying across digital platforms (Google, Facebook, YouTube, and more), with the ability to scale and optimize strategies effectively.
- Strong creative instincts and a passion for testing and optimizing new marketing ideas and tactics.
- Deep understanding of the whole marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion and beyond.
- A data-driven mindset - able to track, measure, and optimize results at every campaign stage.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work alongside a cross-functional team of creatives, analysts, and strategists.
- A relentless desire to innovate, experiment, and continuously improve.

- Fully remote optionality for candidates outside the Baltimore-D.C. Metro area (U.S.-based applicants preferred).
- Our Headquarters are located in Baltimore, MD. This role is eligible for remote work in the US with scheduled trips to the HQ office.
