As a part of the AMD DataCenter GPU team, you willbe responsible forthe strategy,definition and delivery ofnext-generation AMD InstinctGPUsfocused on HPCand AI/MLworkloads.You willwork closely withour customers todevelop positive relationships, learn theirsoftwarerequirements and workwiththe architecture, engineering, and business development teamstocreateproducts and solutionsthat enable their success.

The Person:

Asa Director of Product Management in the DataCenter GPU Business Group, yourinfluencewill be broad within AMD,with our partners,customers, andindustries that rely onGPU solutions fortheirHPC and AIapplications.The successful candidate will be self-driven and passionate about bringingnew solutionsto market through a complex ecosystem. She/he is adynamic product manager and leader who has strong experience withtheAIsoftwareecosystemandthe capabilitiesrequiredtomaximize the value proposition of theAMDInstinct GPU products. This person has successfullydeveloped customer-centric requirements and has worked with cross-functional teams to execute and deliver the roadmap to market. Your ability to work independentlyin a highly dynamic environmentis important, and you will rely upon your excellent communicationand presentationskills during customer engagements. You will work closely with theAI software strategy teams,and theentire customer team, including product management, business development, and sales teams to drive successful outcomes with our customers and partners.

Key responsibilities:

• Shape and maintain the strategy and product roadmap for your part of the AI software stack aligning with DC GPU's software strategy and business objectives

• Identify gaps and opportunities in the software stack to drive innovation and differentiation

• Engage directly with strategic customers and stakeholders to gather insights, prioritize features, and tailor software solutions for their AI workloads.

• Workcloselywith internal architecture,engineeringsoftware, and strategyteamsto enable the requirements that will deliver the best experience onAMD Instinct GPUs

• Use your strong product sense toalign theproduct and platformcapabilities with what matters toourcustomers (the value proposition)and developpowerful positioning,collateralandproof pointsto support the product narrative.

• Maintain and build upon AMD's presence within the industry by engaging with key AI software ecosystem communities e.g PyTorch Foundation, MLCommons, Hugging Face, vLLM, and others.

Preferred Experience:

• Deep knowledge ofsoftware productmanagement experience with 1+ years of experience in HPC, AI, or Edge AI product requirements preferred

• Solid understanding ofsoftware stackand capabilitiesrequiredforAI workloads

• Direct experience in developing or deploying large scale GPU based AI applications, like Natural Language Processing and Recommendation, for training andinference

• Direct experience in building or managing cloud computing infrastructure andtechnologies

• Successful management of technical products throughout their lifecycle

Academic Credentials:

• Science or Engineering or Business Universitydegreerequired
