SUMMARY: This is an entry to mid-level energy analyst position responsible for performing specialized analytical services.

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Compile and interpret utility-related energy data and respective databases. Compile standard and customized reports on electric, gas, water, sewer and other utility and energy data.
- Track service type, vendor, location, rate and energy load, including kW and kWh by month or invoice cycle and by fiscal year in order to support regular monthly reporting.
- Report anomalies regarding kWh usage on hourly, daily and weekly schedules, cost analysis against division budgets.
- Support budget development by utilizing site, consumption, cost and forecast information for baseline development and final deliverable.
- Assist with financial accrual, variance, and trending analysis reporting.
- Use analytical abilities to determine and identify trends in expense and usage data.
- Assist in searching for regulatory issues.
- Facilitate energy trending and benchmarking process for clients.
- Locate and evaluate sites that are not within the client's standard profile for energy use and/or cost and report these outliers to appropriate client personnel.
- Generate situation-specific reports and perform related investigative analysis.
- Gather historical energy data, process and record contract data into AviTrack.
- Contribute to the continuous process improvement for the analyst services provided.

The pay range for this role is: $17.00-30.00 hourly Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
