We are seeking a Product Manager to manage the Epic teams for support Epic products: Healthy Planet/Compass Rose, Clinical Case Management, and 3rd-party supporting vendor applications. This role is critical to supporting care coordination activities across multiple care settings.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a team of IT professionals.

• Oversee and manage projects ranging in size, complexity, and scope.

• Manage and prioritize product requests.
• Determine how changes impact the overall system and that of interrelated systems.
• Responsible for the design and delivery of product solutions, ensuring that the end product meets stakeholder needs.
• Oversee the design of workflow for new systems.
• Participate in system go-lives.
• Regularly speaks with clients to address and troubleshoot high-level issues. Works closely with the team to deliver high quality customer support.
• Interface and work with other departments to identify and resolve issues regarding coordinated efforts to deliver solutions. Allocate team resources to other departments as needed.

Requirements include:

• Experience with any of the following Epic Modules: Healthy Planet, Compass Rose Clinical Build or Clinical Case Management. If candidate does not have upon hire, all 3 of these Epic certifications are required within 3-6 months of start date
• Demonstrated experience managing an implementation team
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple concurrent projects
• Product implementation experience
• Knowledge of IT for health care, health insurance, care management and/or population health
• Excellent critical thinking skills
• Strong desktop skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Excellent skills to communicate effectively with people at all levels in the organization
• Exceptional emotional intelligence, empathy, and relationship building skills
• Ability to motivate team members
• Ability to match team member skills to team responsibilities
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Meeting all requirements for Epic certification is a condition of employment
