Job Summary:

The HR Coordinator supporting the HRBP function will play a key role in defining and carrying out HR processes. This role is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and analytical support to HR Business Partners. This role will play a critical role in bridging operational HR work with strategic initiatives. This includes coordinating various HR activities, ensuring day-to-day HR processes run smoothly, preparing reports, supporting colleague relations and performance processes, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Serving as a liaison and resource to our colleagues, supporting internal HR programs, and administration of HR processes are all part of the role. This is a fast-paced position that will stress high quality development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Document, setup, and maintain HRBP workflows to establish and ensure top-level colleague support
  • Support HRBPs with day-to-day HR activities including data analysis, reporting, documentation, and coordination of HR programs to better support and deliver HR services.
  • Prepare and maintain employee reports related to turnover, engagement, promotions, performance, and headcount.
  • Assist in performance management processes, tracking completion of reviews and corrective improvement plans.
  • Carry out key administrative functions related to HRBP processes and colleague data, both recurring and as needed
  • Handle employee lifecycle transactions in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, SAP).
  • Draft and maintain HR documentation, such as position letters, job descriptions, and communication templates.
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with internal policies and employment regulations.
  • Serve as a point of contact for general HR inquiries from managers or employees.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to support business-specific needs.
  • Support exit interviews to glean insights and patterns; handle termination documentation, exit checklist, and overall offboarding to ensure timely and compliant processes.
  • Other duties and special projects as needed, focusing on knowledge and skills development



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of related experience preferred; minimum of one year required
  • SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred
  • Knowledge of HR processes and employment law basics.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality.
