Spacelabs Healthcare is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic market assessments to uncover emerging trends, commercial opportunities, and competitor activities within the patient monitoring and diagnostic cardiology space. This role will drive sales alignment through data-driven targeting and segmentation strategies, and overseeing the creating of high-impact marketing content tailored to healthcare providers and stakeholders. This position will plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns, providing strategic guidance on clinical positioning, and partner with digital marketing teams to optimize program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic market assessments to uncover emerging trends, commercial opportunities, and competitor activities within the patient monitoring and diagnostic cardiology space.
  • Drive sales alignment by developing and optimizing targeting and segmentation strategies in collaboration with sales leadership, leveraging data-driven structures including compensation design and CRM systems.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of high-impact marketing content and collateral-including digital campaigns, presentations, and sales enablement tools-tailored to healthcare providers, procurement teams, and institutional stakeholders.
  • Plan, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across channels, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budget parameters, and performance targets.
  • Provide strategic guidance on clinical positioning and value messaging, utilizing healthcare expertise to shape product narratives and educational content.
  • Partner with digital marketing and analytics teams to measure, report, and optimize marketing program effectiveness using KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Serve as a key liaison across sales, product development, clinical, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies and compliant communication.
  • Support quality and regulatory reporting processes by identifying and escalating marketing-related issues, and actively participating in corrective action planning.
  • Champion and promotes a culture of ethical marketing and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a clinically relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Respiratory Therapy); Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in healthcare marketing or clinical roles, including experience in acute care settings such as the ICU or ED.
  • Demonstrated expertise in market analysis, campaign development, and healthcare communications highly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, data privacy regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a matrixed environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into compelling value propositions.
  • Innovative thinker with a strategic mindset, customer focus, and passion for improving clinical outcomes through marketing
