Could you be the full-time onsite Maintenance Supervisor in Camden, NJ, US we're looking for? Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your maintenance and supervisory expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and safety-focused teammates. You'll play a key role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our vehicle maintenance operations, directly impacting the safety and performance of transportation services. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Vehicle Technicians, Maintenance Planners, and Operations Managers), promote safety rules and best practices, and oversee work schedules and productivity improvements, and much more. We'll look to you for:
Coordinating and supervising the inspection and repair of railroad track structures for compliance with railroad policy and federal/state regulations,
Leading and managing a team of Vehicle Technicians to ensure high-quality maintenance work,
Preparing work schedules and assigning tasks to optimize productivity and efficiency,
Overseeing the quality of work products to ensure adherence to safety and operational standards,
Managing budgets through effective control of labor and material expenditures,
Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Maximo, and SAP to manage operations effectively,
Adapting to various work schedules, including 1st/2nd/3rd shifts, nights, and weekends, as assigned.

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience),
Five years of supervisory experience leading teams of technicians, repair personnel, or similar roles in positions such as Maintenance Supervisor, Fleet Manager, or an equivalent capacity,
Knowledge of maintenance operations, vehicle inspections, and repair processes,
Ability to manage budgets and control labor and material expenditures,
Strong organizational and scheduling skills to oversee work assignments and productivity,
Previous rail industry experience is preferred,
Certificate as Diesel Mechanic is preferred,
- Electrical knowledge within an industrial setting is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and maintenance software such as Maximo or SAP (or similar),
Adaptability to work various schedules, including nights, weekends, and different shifts.
