Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00am to 3:00 pm
Other Work/Responsibilities
Gift Transmittal Implementation

  • Prepares, transmits, and documents gifts received, following the approved Central Development process to ensure accurate and timely recording.


Membership Program Support
  • Collaborates with the Membership Coordinator to assist with various aspects of the membership program, including data entry, communication, and coordination.
Development Office Support
  • Maintains donor records and provides administrative support for back-office projects, contributing to the overall success of fundraising efforts across multiple programmatic areas.
Minimum Experience/Education
  • High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.

  • Proven experience to focus and complete solitary tasks and attention to detail.
  • Proven experience to work independently, make decisions, and act on assessment of a challenging situation.
  • Proven experience to compile, analyze, assimilate, and compose information into varied formats for reports.
  • Proven experience to innovate or adapt with optimized office systems.
  • Excellent Communication Skills to present ideas clearly and effectively in written form; ability to adjust language or terminology to meet the needs of the audience; ability to use correct grammar, organization, and structure.
