AgentExchange is Salesforce's ecosystem for trusted, interoperable AI agents - enabling agentic collaboration and extensibility across our core Agentforce products and beyond. We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious, and highly-driven BD Associate to help scale this next-generation ecosystem from the ground up.

This cross-functional, strategic role will support the AgentExchange BD team across research, coordination, and execution - playing a critical role in how Salesforce identifies, evaluates, and activates its next generation of partners. You'll collaborate with senior leaders across BD, Product, Legal, and Marketing while gaining exposure to one of Salesforce's highest-priority AI initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Support Strategic Partner Engagements
    Help evaluate and advance strategic partnerships - contributing to discovery, diligence, meeting prep, and cross-functional coordination.

  • Drive Research & Market Intelligence
    Track the AI ecosystem and surface actionable insights on emerging players, new product categories, and competitive trends.

  • Coordinate GTM & Partner Programs
    Help organize campaigns, partner moments (e.g., Dreamforce), and co-marketing efforts - ensuring visibility and alignment across teams.

  • Operationalize the BD Motion
    Support internal processes like pipeline management, partner onboarding, KPI tracking, and communications - bringing rigor and consistency to how we operate.

  • Collaborate Across the Business
    Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, and other internal teams to move deals forward and activate successful partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in partnerships, business operations, corporate strategy, management consulting, or product/GTM roles.

  • Experience supporting cross-functional projects or external partnerships.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; strong attention to detail.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments; quick learner with a proactive mindset.

  • Strong analytical and research skills with a passion for tech and innovation.

  • Exceptional prompt engineering skills, working across a multitude of AI assistants for optimizing market research and team operations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a partnerships or GTM role at a technology or SaaS company.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce products, ecosystem, or CRM/AI tools.

  • Strong understanding of AI agentic architecture concepts (e.g. MCP, A2A, RAG, etc.)

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $137,100 to $188,600. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $137,100 to $188,600. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $125,700 to $172,800.
