TITLE: Global SW Bulletins Process and Response Analyst

DUTIES: Responsible for Software Engineering (SWE) department's response to the published bulletins in the Global Bulletin System (GBS): Day-to-day management of bulletins by tracking, reporting and gathering the required technical software related information from GBS; Monitoring Bulletins, collecting and providing additional information to the various technical teams within SWE so they can gauge the level of impact; Collectively preparing and sending a timely response to the relevant bulletins that require an action. Responsible for SWE coordination of the systems deliverables across multiple programs and projects that include: Facilitate meetings with SWE teams and assist with the identification and analysis of system requirements; Work with the Department Manager in defining project scope, SWE systems deliverables, creation of presentations, reports, and statistical analysis of captured systems data; Compiling project status reports, coordinating project schedules, managing project meetings, agendas, minutes, correspondence and helping to coordinate issue identification and resolution. Implement and support the Bulletin process to improve operational efficiency in the SWE organization. Set up metrics and perform analytics to determine level of impact and utilize the outcome to prioritize projects and improve or change processes.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree (or foreign academic equivalent) in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Information Systems, or a related Engineering degree and 3 years of experience in job offered or a related response analyst position. Experience must include: working on projects with global teams, including external partners, and offshore teams; analyzing and interpreting large volumes of data and following market trends, predicting demand, and making strategic decisions; using JAZZ - IBM Engineering Workflow Management to manage agile project; using SAP systems, including Pentasap and Sapiens; working with database management systems and SQL queries to manage, organize, and retrieve data; using Business Intelligence (BI) Tools, including Power BI, Power Query and QlikView.
