Become a Viewer Experience Advocate in San Antonio Job Title: Viewer Experience Advocate Location: 100% Onsite in San Antonio, TX, potential to go remote long-term. Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $17.75/hour Overview: Step into the spotlight as a Viewer Experience Advocate, where your passion for customer service meets the fast-paced world of digital streaming. In this role, you'll be the voice behind the screen-resolving technical issues, answering billing questions, and guiding viewers through a seamless entertainment experience. Key Responsibilities: * Support viewers via phone and chat with billing, account, and content inquiries. * Troubleshoot streaming issues across various devices. * Recommend products and services tailored to viewer needs. * Navigate multiple systems while maintaining high productivity (50-70 contacts/day). Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED required. * 1+ year of customer service experience. * Strong communication, typing, and multitasking skills. * Familiarity with streaming platforms and digital devices. * Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training & Schedule: * First 90 Days Onsite in San Antonio: * Weeks 1-3/4: Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (classroom training). * Weeks 4-12: Mon-Fri, 12 PM - 9 PM (on-the-job training). * Post-Training: Shifts typically run afternoons to evenings (e.g., 2 PM - 11 PM), including weekends and holidays. * Contractors are not eligible for schedule changes or time off until conversion. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
