*** Position Overview* This is an on-site, intermediate-level Network Engineer role based in Horsham, PA. * No C2C * On-Site Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm *** Key Responsibilities* * Network Development & Support: Design and maintain global networks and support systems. * Tier 3 Support: Act as a escalation point for network issues. * Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex network problems. * Lifecycle Management: Oversee preventive maintenance and upgrades. * Project Involvement: Lead/support internal and external network projects. * Sales Support: Assist with technical documentation and network diagrams. * Standardization & Automation: Drive consistency and efficiency in network services. * Documentation & Training: Ensure systems are well-documented and train lower-tier support teams. *** Required Skills* * Core Networking: WAN, LAN, VPN, Cisco routing (especially BGP), Layer 2/3 switching. * Firewall Expertise: Strong experience with Palo Alto and/or Cisco firewalls, including ACLs. * Enterprise Experience: Hands-on work in medium to large, preferably global, network environments. * Protocols & Tools: Deep understanding of IP routing, switching, security protocols, and tools like Visio. * Troubleshooting: Strong diagnostic skills across network layers. * Process Adherence: Familiarity with change control and procedures.
