We're looking for a Customer Support & Order Entry Specialist to join our team and play a vital role in supporting sales operations. If you enjoy helping customers, managing details, and keeping things running smoothly, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
What You'll Do: In this role, you'll be the go-to person for ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your day-to-day will include: * Order Management: Accurately enter and manage customer orders while maintaining up-to-date pricing and product information. * Customer Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and phone, providing updates and resolving issues with care. * Problem Solving: Assist with order expediting and troubleshooting to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution across departments. * Process Excellence: Maintain high standards of quality, productivity, and service while identifying opportunities for improvement. What You Bring: Must-Haves: * High School Diploma or GED * 2+ years of experience in customer service or order entry, preferably in the commercial and industrial products (C&IP) industry * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel * Experience with ERP and CRM systems Nice-to-Haves: * Familiarity with Salesforce.com * Understanding of manufacturing processes, technical documentation, or engineering drawings Your Strengths: * Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Self-motivated and able to work independently * Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities * A collaborative team player with a positive attitude *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
