We're hiring a Marketing & Brand Specialist to help shape and activate creative campaigns, drive community engagement, and support execution across social, digital, and local marketing channels for a regional consumer brand. This is an opportunity to make an impact inside a lean, collaborative team where your contributions are visible and your voice is valued. You'll help bring campaigns to life, manage agency partners, and support marketing initiatives that directly influence business performance - all while developing skills across strategy, content, and execution. *Qualified candidates will have:* * 1+ years of experience working in HubSpot and familiarity with tools such as Canva and Trello * 1+ years of marketing or communications experience in a corporate environment What You'll Do: -Support Campaign Execution -Assist with the development and rollout of seasonal marketing initiatives -Coordinate with cross-functional teams and outside partners to deliver high-impact content and promotions -Maintain project timelines and track campaign progress Contribute to Digital & Social Media -Help manage the brand's social media calendar and support content development -Research trends and assist with creating targeted digital strategies for promotions and community events Partner on Local Marketing Efforts -Contribute to planning for events, new location launches, and grassroots outreach -Assist with community sponsorships, donation requests, and local engagement programs Analyze and Report -Track results of marketing campaigns and help identify opportunities for optimization -Support ongoing reporting, recaps, and performance summaries for leadership Act as a Connector -Coordinate deliverables and feedback between internal teams and external agencies -Help ensure branding and messaging are consistent across all touchpoints Skills: -Strong organization and time management -Experience with project management -Familiarity with digital marketing or social media platforms -Solid writing and communication abilities -Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace -Experience in HubSpot, Trello, Canva Traits: -Eager to learn and grow within a brand team -Collaborative and proactive in solving problems -Able to juggle multiple projects with shifting timelines -Passionate about brand-building and customer experience *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
