Position Title: Load Builder
Wage: $18/hour Shift: 3rd Hours: 12am-8am QPS Employment Group is hiring a Load Builder for a company in Elkhorn, WI. This is an associate to hire opportunity. Load Builder Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Assemble loads of metal products to run through the heat-treating induction ovens - Follow written load instructions - Place metal parts into baskets according to written instructions - Gather metal parts that are needed for each load - Document work finished on work instructions - Material handling - Issue batch cards Load Builder Requirements: - Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds with a team member - Must be able to stand for entire shift - Must be able to bend, reach, and stoop as needed throughout the day - Must be able to grasp and grip metal parts in various sizes - Able to work with minimal supervision - Able to read/write and understand English work instructions - Must have some industrial experience - Must be able to perform several tasks at the same time QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
