Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED Preferred Qualifications: At least one (1) year of manufacturing experience Skills: Must have working knowledge of decimals, fractions, and related mathematics as required to use precision measuring and set-up equipment such as gauges, and micrometers, that are necessary for the setup and operations of the machine Basic computer skills Ability to read a caliper and tape measure Ability to read and follow written procedures We thrive when the expectations are great, and the barriers are high.
