Position Overview The Warehouse Outbound Lead is a frontline leadership role responsible for overseeing outbound operations and supporting warehouse associates in the accurate and timely fulfillment of orders. This position ensures that daily outbound tasks are completed efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications
Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate outbound order processing including picking, packing, staging, and shipping. Supervise and support team members on the outbound shift. Train new associates and provide ongoing coaching to improve accuracy and productivity. Coordinate with inbound, inventory, and shipping teams to maintain smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and housekeeping expectations. Operate and oversee use of equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. Monitor outbound supplies and equipment; report issues or maintenance needs. Assist with problem-solving and troubleshooting of outbound issues. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations. Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning tools. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focused. Preferred Qualifications Forklift certification or experience. Prior experience in outbound, shipping, or fulfillment roles.
