About the Role

As the Wealth Client Technology Architect, you will oversee internal teams to ensure data integrity and smooth data flow. While not always directly interacting with clients, your role provides invaluable strategic technical guidance. You will hold full accountability for the data ecosystem in your client portfolio, aligning solutions with client requirements and driving successful business outcomes for Alight.

Responsibilities

  • Consulting and influences decisions - leveraging knowledge and deep understanding of clients/vendors needs.

  • Acting as a subject matter expert relative to new products and services.

  • Identifying and mitigating risk in delivery related to technical matters.

  • Utilizing expert knowledge of TBA to interpret complex client requirements.

  • Addressing questions related to unique situations, participant inquires, client escalations and requirements.

  • Driving stable and consistent delivery from Alight's internal and external partners, using data to influence standardization and process innovation.

  • Managing overall implementations as related to interfaces , reporting and data integrity.

  • Validating iCAT results , define testing strategies.

  • Acting as point of contact for other groups such as Customer Care and Shared Services for client specific items.

Requirements

  • Have expert knowledge of benefits and Alight's (or equivalent) systems.

  • Be a good communicator who simplifies the complex, can translate strategic direction into team vision and deliverables.

  • Have creative, innovative, problem-solving thinking beyond traditional solutions to arrive at the best outcomes for our clients and customers.

  • Have solid interpersonal skills to support team building: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members.

  • Have data Model, SQL / CTE, Alteryx* and SAS* Skills.

  • 5+ years in benefits, technology, and a variety of client experiences

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS, or equivalent work experience in an analytical area

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

55,800.00 USD

Maximum :

121,200.00 USD
