Summary: The FVP Commercial Lender is a senior-level role responsible for originating, underwriting, and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial loans, typically ranging from $100 to $150 million. This position plays a key role in driving business growth through proactive relationship development, credit analysis, and portfolio management. In this role, you will be accountable for structuring complex loan transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and maintaining high credit quality. With a strong focus on customer service and community engagement, the role also involves cross-selling bank products, participating in civic activities, and enhancing the bank's visibility in the market. This position requires a high degree of independence, strategic decision-making, and the ability to influence financial outcomes through sound credit judgment and business development expertise. This position is based at our executive offices in Holyoke, MA with on-site presence required and flexibility for remote work as needed. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
