Staff: Estimated annual base pay: $114,400 (minimum) - $143,000 (midpoint) - $171,600 (maximum) Senior Staff: Estimated annual base pay: $131,600 (minimum) - $164,500 (midpoint) - $197,400 (maximum)

If you're an experienced Geared Rotary Actuation Engineer, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Staff/Sr. Staff Geared Rotary Actuation Engineer, reporting to the Engineering Leader, is responsible for leading product design efforts, mentoring engineers, and contributing to process improvements, strategic planning, and presentations. Operating with minimal supervision, the role involves independent work, oversight of project portfolios, and awareness of industry trends and customer needs. The engineer engages in high-level customer interactions, provides technical evaluations of new opportunities within the PLC process, and participates in enterprise negotiations. Expertise includes designing geared rotary actuators (GRA), geared hinges, compound planetary systems, and high torque gear transmission systems to drive doors, utility actuation, and flight control surfaces in the aerospace market. Experience with specifying gear materials and associated special processes as well as understanding gear drive lubrication for aerospace applications is desired. What you will be doing...
