Amplify's Supply Chain Department is seeking a Change Management Specialist to support the execution of effective change management and communication plans, as well as deliver cross-functional information sharing that will successfully prepare teams for change. This role will proactively drive change initiatives with a people-first approach and report to the Director of Change Management and Communications. We are looking for a proactive self-starter who is skilled in communicating complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for technical and non-technical audiences. The successful candidate can anticipate challenges, identify stakeholder needs, and develop strategic interventions before issues arise. This position requires someone who works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high quality project outcomes that are delivered on time to support strategic business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in conducting thorough needs assessments, creating compelling training programs and communications grounded in adult learning theory, and skillfully facilitating training sessions, workshops, and cross-functional meetings. This position demands someone who takes initiative to drive change forward and excels at engaging stakeholders through effective facilitation and communication. Essential Responsibilities:
