Key Responsibilities - Facility Maintenance Site Lead:

• Supervise and lead maintenance technicians and subcontractors
• Oversee daily facility operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections
• Manage workplace safety programs (including Lockout/Tagout, Fall Protection, and HazCom)
• Serve as the main point of contact for client communications and facility issues
• Track and report on site performance metrics, budgets, and operational goals
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
• Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and site manuals
• Provide after-hours and on-call support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of hands-on maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of OSHA safety protocols & maintenance compliance
• Lift certification (Boom or Scissor Lift) preferred
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and work orders efficiently
