STV is seeking an experienced and results-driven PMO Manager to lead a critical Buildings project in the NY Metro area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project program management and operational project performance. This role requires strategic oversight, operational excellence to ensure successful execution of multi-million-dollar project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manager the PMO ensuring alignment with project goals and industry best practices.
  • Lead and mentor the PMO team and provide support with modeling and project management.
  • Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional contributors.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, schedules, and scope, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
  • Serve as the primary interface between technical teams, vendors, contractors, and business stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, security, safety, and operations.
  • Drive process improvement and consistency across the project programs.
  • Maintain a centralized view of all active and planned initiatives to ensure resource optimization and prioritization.
  • Prepare special project reports related to the financial, technical performance and risks including financial mitigations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other related field
  • 7-10 years of project management experience preferably in A/E/C firm
  • Advanced Microsoft excel and database skills required
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Technical understanding of engineering, planning and project management
  • Proven leadership within a PMO environment, including direct management or oversight of project teams and portfolios.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with complex delivery schedules.

Compensation Range:

$102,271.92 - $136,362.56
