As a Customer Implementation Manager at Mansfield Energy, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the success of our most complex customer programs. Customer Solution Management and Implementation

  • Proactive Discovery: Initiate and conduct proactive discovery sessions with customers to gain comprehensive insights into their unique needs and objectives.
  • Strategic Solutions: Recommend, create, and implement customer-centric business solutions aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, boosting retention rates, and identifying upselling opportunities. Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Product Liaison: Collaborate closely with product management stakeholders to promote and deliver best-in-class solutions and processes to both internal teams and external customers. Your role is instrumental in translating customer feedback into product enhancements.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay at the forefront of industry trends and emerging opportunities. Act as a trusted consultant to customers, providing insights on various aspects related to their operations and industry landscape. Relay key information to the broader commercial leadership team.
  • Project Management: Leverage PMO resources to meticulously plan and execute activities within the digital vision. Develop robust business cases when necessary for resource investments, ensuring that implementations align with strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Serve as the point of escalation for internal stakeholders requiring inter-departmental coordination to meet customer requirements. Your role is to streamline processes and ensure seamless execution.
  • Technical Assistance: Utilize your in-depth product knowledge to provide technical assistance to customers, helping them harness the full potential of our solutions.
  • Upselling Opportunities: Identify and implement opportunities to upsell complex programs to existing customers and prospects, further driving business growth.
  • Professional Representation: Ethically and professionally represent Mansfield Energy, our products, and programs to customers, enhancing our brand image.
  • Strategic Guidance: Provide regular feedback and strategic guidance to executives, keeping them informed about customer needs and market dynamics.
  • Transparent Communication: Distribute project timelines, expectations, and desired outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders. Publish scheduled status updates to keep all parties well-informed and aligned.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

  • University degree or minimum ten (10) years equivalent professional experience

Knowledge & Experience

  • Minimum ten (10) years of experience in the Energy sector. Additional benefit if energy sector experience is specifically in Transportation Fuel market.
  • Demonstrated understanding of formal implementation and project management methodologies.
  • Skills to work with customer and internal project management team to identify, assess, and document overall project requirements.

Work Environment

  • 40-hour on-site work week
  • Sitting for extended periods of time
  • Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, power tools, and other computer components
  • Some travel required
