Overview LMI is seeking a Technology and Data Systems Specialist - Process Improvement to support the development and management of NASA's space technology research portfolio. The Technology and Data Systems Specialist - Process Improvement will serve as a bridge between STRG program operations and the digital tools that support them. This role is responsible for identifying and implementing process and technology improvements to streamline grant administration, data reporting, and performance tracking. The Specialist will bring a systems-thinking mindset to support digital transformation efforts, manage operational data structures, and lead efforts to organize, improve, and sustain the STRG program's internal tools and systems. This position requires comfort with digital systems, data workflows, and a strong grasp of program operations and process improvement principles.
