REGIONAL DISPATCHER II APPRENTICE The City of Worcester is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Regional Dispatcher II Apprentice in the Department of Emergency Communications. Under the direction of the Senior Regional Dispatcher, the position is responsible for receiving and transmitting information accurately and rapidly via communications equipment for Police, Fire and EMS. All Police, Fire, and 9-1-1 calls are received and dispatched from a state-of the art emergency Communications Center. All the required training and necessary certifications for this position will be provided upon hire. Bilingual and multilingual applicants are encouraged to apply. ESSENTIAL TASKS:

SALARY RANGE: $28.61 hourly, $29.64 upon completion of training with a Shift Differential of $1.00 per hour for overnight shifts, full-time, with an excellent benefits package.
