We're hiring Inside Sales Representatives for a well-established, reputable company in Colorado offering: * $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission * Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM * Direct placement - this is a permanent opportunity * Start Date: August 4th * Bachelor's degree required (Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred) Retail, serving, or any customer-facing experience counts! *Job Description:* * Handle all inbound leads and handle majority of prospecting (30% of time is finding new customers) * Help with walk-in traffic and other items at the branch * Receive leads through CRM system (80% come through web forms - i.e. customer fills out Caterpillar form online) and automatically goes into CRM tool where Marketing department assigns it based on territory to the Inside Sales Rep * Call the customer and qualify the leads (could sell work tools and other walk-in customers), but main goal is driving leads to Sales [Representative](https://reps.to/) * Call 30-40 customers/day to get 1-2 leads send to the Sales Reps *We're looking for ambitious, coachable individuals who are ready to grow in a professional sales environment. If you've worked in restaurants, retail, or any kind of customer service and have strong communication skills - this could be your perfect next step.* *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $50000.00/yr.
