Job Title: Member Service Representative (Remote, Dallas) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Member Service Representative to join our team in a high volume, schedule-driven contact center operation. This role involves responding to inquiries and requests from members and other individuals, providing information regarding our products and services. You will be expected to demonstrate knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple systems, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience and customer service. Responsibilities * Respond to inquiries and requests from members within a structured contact center operation. * Provide information regarding products and services. * Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs. * Ensure compliance with policies during high volume calls. Essential Skills * Proven customer service experience in a call center environment. * Strong data entry skills. * Experience handling inbound and outbound calls. * Ability to adapt to multiple systems. * Excellent active listening skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in call center, administrative, secretary/receptionist, banking/mortgage, professional or high volume retail environments. Why Work Here? Work Environment These are remote opportunities, requiring candidates to reside within 60 miles of North Richland Hills, Texas. The Contact Center operates 24/7/365 to be available for our members globally. We emphasize work-life balance, offering flexible shifts where start and end times can vary within a one-hour window. Scheduled events such as breaks and meals are taken as scheduled, with most shifts involving back-to-back phone calls for extended periods. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, Texas Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
