Sales Enablement Specialist - Corporates Thomson Reuters Corporatesis seeking aCorporates Sales Enablement Specialist. In this role you will beresponsible for delivering training programs, tools and resources to support the Corporate sales teams. A key priority of the job is to provide subject matter expertise in sales efficiency, program effectiveness, andcommunication, in support of onboarding, large program support, sales solution selling, and other programs for the global corp. go-to-market teams.This role will support the Corporates Sales Enablement team's capacity to reach performance targets and create better outcomes for our sales professionals and business, including faster ramp time and greater productivity. About the Role In this opportunity as Sales Enablement Specialist you will:
- Execute and deliver strategies that align with the sales goals and objectives.
- Conduct assessment to measure effectiveness of the sale process to identify areas for improvement.
- Work with internal enablement team to meet the needs of the assigned segment todeliver training programs and materials to educate sales teams on best practices, for product knowledge, Solution Selling and Account Management and other sales related training.
- Implement sales tools and technologies to include technologies, AI in support of the sales cycle
- Project manage various initiatives that support the team's priorities
- Coordinate communication on the Strategy and OKRsto stakeholders.
- Build trusted relationships with sales functions across the global Corporate sales teams and across internal TR teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives that improve sales processes
About You You're a fit for the role of Sales Enablement Specialist if you have:
- Bachelors degree preferred with 3+ years experience in sales requiredwith experience in sales process and understanding the customer journey
- Strong experience managing onboarding programs, processes, and facilitationand strong project management skills
- Advanced Excel & PowerPoint proficiency - create compelling data-driven stories and presentations
- Strong analytical and project management skills, deadline-driven, organized, and effective at multitasking
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - written, oral, presentation skills with stakeholder networking
- Creative problem-solving and innovation mindset - challenge status quo and adapt to changing business needs

Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations.
For any eligible US locations, unless otherwise noted, the base compensation range for this role is $72,100 - $133,900.
This role may also be eligible for an Annual Bonus based on a combination of enterprise and individual performance.
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills and experience with consideration given to internal equity. Base pay is one part of a comprehensive Total Reward program which also includes flexible and supportive benefits and other wellbeing programs.
