*This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ in Portland, OR. In-office expectation is 3 days a week.*

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Marketing team at SOREL. This position focuses on operational support, requiring strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. The role is fast-paced and involves multitasking to ensure effective internal communication, project management, and data handling within the team.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Support the Senior GTM Specialist and Director of Marketing on all operational needs including sample ordering and management, vendor set-up, influencer requests and database, invoices and procurement

  • Support digital asset management for both season and archival, including shot lists for photo shoots, PDP imagery, and visual center distribution

  • Oversee retail fixture ordering, storage, and distribution

  • Support key leaders on Brand Team for research, presentation builds, sales meetings and events, photo shoots, and activations

  • Support the Brand Team on the creation and distribution of internal and external newsletters

  • Sample ordering and management

  • Maintain and updating influencer requests and database

  • Responsible for invoices and procurement related topics

  • Streamline and support Brand Marketing Operation Workstreams/Projects

  • Social media scheduling and responding to social media questions

YOU HAVE

  • Minimal 2 years experience in agency or brand with Marketing/PR/Media experience

  • Knowledge and understanding for fashion, outdoors, streetwear, entertainment and pop culture

  • Ability to work independently

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and execute multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment while working under tight deadlines

  • Ability to work within a team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Computer skills - knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Extensive knowledge in social and digital media trends/platforms
