What We Are Looking For: The Director of Recruiting will lead a team of talented recruiters and oversee the full lifecycle recruiting process. This role is key to shaping recruiting strategies for a diverse candidate pool based on current business needs while anticipating future workforce demands. The Director of Recruiting will create and nurture pipelines of passive candidates, collaborate with hiring managers and the HR Team, and focus on enhancing both the candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in recruiting professional services consulting positions within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. What You Will Be Doing:
