THE ROLE We are in search of a Senior Consultant - Technology Training to champion the use and proficiency of technology platforms within our global distribution organization. The ideal candidate will add input and help shape the technology training strategy and work in close partnership with the Sales Enablement team to ensure seamless integration of technology training with broader sales training initiatives. Additionally, the ability to customize training methods to suit the specific nuances of various roles and regions within the global distribution organization will contribute significantly to the impact of this role. This role will be responsible for onboarding new employees, ensuring they master the tech platforms that are integral to our sales enablement strategy, enabling them to perform their roles efficiently, effectively, and with significant impact. Additionally, the role will lead ongoing training and communication efforts related to new features, updates, and best practices. In partnership with Sales Enablement, they will also serve as the point person for our user adoption strategy, working with both the internal support teams and Sales Enablement to identify and address training gaps that impact productivity.
