Think Bank is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our Consumer and Mortgage Credit team as a Mortgage Servicer. You will be a part of a team that is focused on delivering an excellent customer experience to our customers to help them achieve their dreams of homeownership and financial peace of mind.
You will leverage detailed knowledge of the secondary market and Think's products and services to coordinate the sale of customers' mortgage loan to the secondary market ensuring our customers are served in a timely and accurate manner. You will use strong attention to detail and analytical skills to track, analyze, and solve any issues with customers' mortgage loan escrow activity. As a team player, you will support the Loan Servicing team utilizing strong communication skills to collaborate with team members and staff across the organization to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience.
Additional responsibilities include:

  • Fund, deliver, and service both portfolio and investor sold loans
  • Monitoring adjustable-rate loans and performing adjustments and modifications
  • Ensuring mortgage loans are sold according to policy and guidelines
  • Analyzing and tracking mortgage loan escrow activity
  • Responding to customer questions regarding escrow accounts or Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI)
  • Reviewing and reconciling daily reports

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent and 1 year experience in banking, finance, accounting, or real estate OR Bachelors degree in accounting, business, finance, or related field
  • Two years' experience in mortgage lending preferred
