Description Support the maintenance, documentation, and end-user support for the company's technology systems. Manage and lead various preferred vendors. Provide staff with training on using software, and cloud-based services. * Prioritize incoming support requests via both ticketing platform, email, and face to face, enforcing process compliance * Maintain all related tracking documents * Ensure timely communication between IT and end-users through continuous status information * Being a resource to provide support and/or training for software systems * Lead, manage, and provide direction to contracted vendors * Develop innovative ideas and improvements for internal systems and processes when identified * Develop end-user process documentation * Collaborating with preferred vendors and internal business unit leads to schedule maintenance and/or improvement projects * Maintain consistency of company guidelines and policies * Attend scheduled meetings/conference calls with partner vendors * Additional duties as requested Skills microsoft office, excel, erp software, exact Top Skills Details microsoft office,excel,erp software,exact Additional Skills & Qualifications Bachelor of Information or Computer Technology, Business Administration, or similar relevant field preferred but not required Good people skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel * Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and critical thinking skills * Approachable * Attention to detail * Excellent organizational and coordination abilities * Ability to prioritize * Drive for results * Initiative * Willingness to learn * Can manage multiple projects at one time Experience Level Expert Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
