Description
First Merchants Bank is seeking an Interest Rate Hedging Solutions Director to join our team! This person will be a highly skilled and collaborative financial professional to lead the delivery of derivative solutions to bank clients by serving as a key resource for educating, training and supporting our bankers and clients. This role combines client-facing sales and structuring support responsibilities with internal education and enablement, ensuring that bankers are equipped to identify opportunities and deliver value-added risk management solutions.
