Position Summary: The Director of Business Development - Precision Components directs, establishes, maintains, communicates and administers the overall policies and goals for the business development department. Responsible for the sales, growth and commercial elements of a Cirtec Medical segment. Develops and maintains strategic client relationships. Communicates performance to the Senior Leadership Team and the Board of Directors. Builds a team of BDs, BDMs, BSMs and Sales Engineers to grow the segment. The Director of Business Development ensures sales budgets and growth numbers are met for the segment. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated base salary range: Competitive market salary from $150,000 to $200,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience.
