Description
The Gift Shop Manager will effectively managing gift shop operations and ensuring consistency and compliance. In addition, they will motivate and inspire their team to achieve productivity goals and will analyze week to date, period to date, and year to date sales, and developing action plans to drive top line sales. Other responsibilities include ensuring the individual and collective skills of the team are utilized effectively, and both the staff and customer experience is positive. This position is employed by an affiliated company of Patriot Rail. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
