Our partner company has an outstanding opportunity for a motivated individual to fill a Manufacturing Machine Operator position with a leading manufacturing company located in Cleveland, TN. Schedules Available: 1st shift and 2nd shift Pay Rate: $15.25 - $17.95/hr. The Machine Operator is responsible for reading dye sheets, weighing and placing correct amounts of dyes and chemicals, and loading fabric into dye equipment. The role includes inspecting fabric for defects, disposing of scrap material, and maintaining general housekeeping. Duties also involve completing production sheets, cleaning machinery, and handling cloth to ensure proper stretching, drying, and finishing without shrinkage. This position requires the ability to lift up to 20lbs regularly and accurately distinguish between shades of color. Qualified candidates will have 2-3 years of manufacturing experience.
