Staffmark is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative to support a trusted and innovative manufacturer specializing in cutting-edge utility and telecom products. If you're a quick learner with strong ERP experience and a passion for solving problems, we want to hear from you.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay Rate: $18.50/hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Employment Type: Temp to Hire

What You'll Be Doing:



  • Input customer orders and verify accuracy of product, pricing, and shipping details using NetSuite ERP
  • Process and monitor EDI and e-commerce orders through Commerce Hub, True Commerce, and other platforms
  • Communicate with customers regarding order acknowledgments, updates, and account documentation
  • Serve as the point of contact between customers and internal departments to resolve inquiries
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or promote new products and services
  • Support outside sales reps and agency partners with product samples, pricing, and order information
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and contribute to cross-training initiatives
  • Collaborate with shipping, operations, and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong customer-first approach with every interaction

What You Bring to the Table:



  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong working knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite, Commerce Hub, Traction Manager)
  • Prior experience with EDI transactions and e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Menards, Lowe's, etc.)
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Steady work history and a team-oriented attitude
  • Business casual dress code and professionalism in all communications
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
