JOB SUMMARY:

The Paramedic is a key member of the Emergency Department that uses critical thinking skills to perform direct patient care within the Tennessee paramedic scope of practice within the defined Marshall Medical paramedic scope of practice policy. Paramedics will be responsible for working alongside nurses and providers to deliver excellent patient-centered care to those seeking care in the Emergency Department. Paramedics are responsible for maintaining effective communication to ensure safe and quality patient care with care team, patient transport, and end of shift report.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

* Paramedic License in TN Required

* High School Diploma or Equivalent Required

* 2 Years of Emergency Services Experience Preferred
