Position Summary/ Department Summary: Please note this role is located in Brookline, MA. Developmental Medicine/Psychology - Program Coordinator

Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordinates activities and daily operations of a program. 2. May prepare or assist in preparation of proposal for funding and/or funding continuation from outside sponsors. 3. Confers with staff and others to provide technical advice, provide problem solving assistance and answer questions about the program and its goals. Refers inquiries to others as needed. 4. May prepare or assists in the preparation of periodic reports and records on program activities, progress, status or other special reports for management or outside agencies. 5. May review applications or other program documents in conjunction with supervisor to determine acceptance or make decisions pertaining to program. 6. May assist in the coordination of recruitment efforts. 7. Drafts written communication and promotional literature. 8. May assist in planning workshops, meetings or conferences; coordinates logistics, scheduling and participant communications. 9. Interacts and maintains liaison with staff, faculty and outside/community agencies in facilitating program objectives. 10. Schedules patients and collects necessary documentation 11. Assists in the creation and implementation of systems to improve operations in psychology. 12. Assists with triage and in coordinating clinic efforts
13. Manages assessment scoring responsibilities and psychology materials
14. Monitors clinical operations and provides staff oversight related to operations (e.g., protocol ordering, record keeping, scoring, etc.). 15 Organization and timeliness

Minimum Qualifications Education: Associate's Degree

Experience: 1 year relevant work experience
