Customer Service Representative

The Sun Newspaper is building the best Customer Care team in Port Charlotte, Florida, to provide excellent service to our newspaper subscribers for The Daily SUN and Venice Gondolier.

The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people and possesses excellent customer service, communication and sales skills. This candidate should be independent, reliable, a self-starter, and able to work with a diverse team and across multiple departments and locations with high levels of success and cooperation.

Duties will include answering incoming calls and emails; accepting subscription questions, orders, and requests for assistance; and resolving issues for online subscribers. A positive attitude is a must.  Hourly wage plus commissions.
