Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (occasional Saturdays as needed)

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $18.00/hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Be Doing

This is not your average production role. You'll take ownership of specialized tasks that support both quality standards and manufacturing output.

Conformal Coating Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-coating inspections and testing of electronics
• Apply conformal coating both manually and using automated machinery
• Program automated coating machines (Specialty Coating Systems)
• Perform masking and inspection/touch-ups of coated boards
• Troubleshoot coating quality issues and recommend improvements

Electro-Mechanical Assembly Support:

• Assemble hardware and components into electronic systems
• Install wiring and components into a confined sheet-metal chassis
• Flex into general production support when needed

What You Bring to the Table

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 6+ months of experience in conformal coating or similar application work
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work with precision tools
• Experience in electro-mechanical assembly is a plus
• A strong team player mindset, resourcefulness, and ownership of work
• Effective communication skills across production, quality, and engineering departments
• Commitment to clean work environments and adherence to safety and quality standards
