Adjunct Instructor, Department World Languages & Cultures (Part-time, Non-Tenure Track appointment) Discipline: German Position: Part-Time, Adjunct Instructor, Non-Tenure Track Start Date: August 2025 Posting Date: July 8, 2025 Samford Universitys Howard College invites applicants interested in serving in a Christian university environment to apply for the position of Adjunct Instructor of German. This part time, position will begin in August 2025. The candidate should have an MA in the area of German Language or a related field from an institutionally accredited university (or equivalent). Highly qualified candidates with exceptional professional experience within the discipline may also be considered without having an MA. The candidate will be expected to teach 100, 200 and 300 level of German courses as part of the Bachelor of Art (BA) in, and other Howard College core courses, which may include cross disciplinary collaboration.
