YOUR ROLE

Technical role to develop engineering level tasks, requirements and milestones to deliver within prescribed timeline. In your daily job you will:

• Take tasks and decompose into quarterly and biweekly sprint milestones
• Define engineering requirements and prioritization
• Perform task level planning for all sprints with teams
• Track team delivery and performance to target tasks
• Measure feature performance against target KPI's and prioritize improvement plan

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with product management and development
• Focus on details and ability to discern consequence of change points
• Ability to work with engineers to lead and bring to consensus, conclusion efficiently
• Drive accountability with engineering team
• Use of tools such as Polarion, Jira, Confluence to track progress
• Helpful to have C++ knowledge to inspect code and work output
• Experience with production programs (prefer in field of ADAS, Parking)
• Experience with algorithm development, automotive V cycle and processes preferred
• Good interpersonal communication skills with local and global team members
• Good presentation and reporting skills for progress updates to management
